RETURNS

Any brand new product can be returned for a full refund or store credit within 7 days of delivery*. Please contact Customer Support to schedule the return and receive a prepaid return label***. Any shipping charges are non-refundable. For any return to be able to be processed, the customer needs to ship the item back within those 7 days of the package being delivered.

If you're not satisfied, let us know! We work extremely hard to making the highest quality product that we hope everyone will love. Even though we believe we have, we are a new brand and are constantly improving our product based on customer feedback.

*Carbon fiber and luxury line products from "The Collection" can not be returned or exchanged once the order has been accepted, confirmed and production has started but items from "The Collection" are final sale but include a 1 year warranty with HautePhones. 15% restock fee may apply to cancelled orders that include "parts + installation".
**Due to its scarcity, orders containing any iPhone 7 and 7 PLUS items will not be elegible for cancellation or exchanges. Please kindly make sure you select the correct desired color combination.
